REVEALED: Here are the inaugural Palmetto Proud made in South Carolina honorees

SC Biz News is honored to reveal its inaugural Palmetto Proud honorees.

Palmetto Proud, which is part of the South Carolina Manufacturing Conference and Expo hosted by SC Biz News, recognizes South Carolina-made products and the companies that make them.

Honorees will be recognized during a luncheon at the South Carolina Manufacturing Conference and Expo from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Greenville Convention Center, with a keynote from Cody Thacker, vice president of Growth for Scout Motors.

“Congratulations to our first-ever Palmetto Proud honorees,” said Scott Warofka, associate publisher of SC Biz News. “Manufacturing is the heartbeat of South Carolina’s thriving economy, and we’re humbled to shine the spotlight on some of the products that help drive the Palmetto State’s economic engine.”

Palmetto Proud is part of a diverse lineup of content and recognition events at the annual South Carolina Manufacturing Conference and Expo, set for Nov. 7-8, including Manufacturing Mavens, which celebrates female leaders in South Carolina’s manufacturing industry.

This year’s content sessions focus on innovation, with panel discussions centering on AI, autonomous technology and sustainability.
